As a patient at MMH, we want you to be well informed, participate in your treatment choices, and communicate openly with your health care team.
- Being on time for appointments, and calling your doctor/hospital if you cannot adhere to the appointment timing.
- Providing complete and accurate medical & personal information
- To faithfully undergo the agreed therapy
- For treating all hospital staff, other patients and visitors with courtesy and respect; Be considerate of noise levels, privacy and number of visitors
- Comply with the ‘No Smoking’ policy.
- For understanding all instructions before signing the consent forms.
- Responsibility of one’s belongings
- To maintain and produce all the medical records
- Follow hospital rules, safety and infection control guidelines
- Observe the “Visiting Hours” schedule of the hospital
- No tips / gratuity to be given to staff
